Eligibility

Pioneer Specialty seeks to insure assisted living operations that:

  • Have only incidental memory care.
  • Have been in business for at least three years
  • Have employee selection/hiring and safety/training standards in place
  • Have a property protection classification up to 8
  • Have property values up to $20 million, and property that consists of three stories or less and 3–50 units
  • Have property that, if over 30 years old, has had updates to roofing, electrical heating, and plumbing within the last 20 years
