Workers' Compensation

Workers' Compensation is a state-regulated system designed to provide wage replacement and medical benefits to an employee who sustains a work-related injury or illness. The jurisdictions we service include Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, and Iowa, and our claim staff has extensive experience administering benefits and managing claims. We utilize the best medical and vocational resources to assist injured workers to make a prompt, complete recovery and to return to suitable work.

Reporting an Injury

Each State strictly monitors and enforces the timeliness of injury reporting and prompt payment of disability benefits. Prompt Injury Reporting is the responsibility of each employer. In most jurisdictions, financial penalties can be assessed directly against an employer when there is a delay in reporting an injury to the insurance carrier. Prompt injury reporting has also been shown to result in lower claim costs and better claim outcomes for both the employer and injured worker. We want to make the process convenient when it comes time to report an injury. Employers can:

  • Fax a completed First Report of Injury Form to our office
